Home Improvement Loans:
NHS of Queens CDC facilitate low interest rate loans to homeowners who are eligible from $5,000 - $90,000 to perform moderate interior and exterior repairs.
NHS of Queens CDC will educate and empower you to make smart decisions when buying your home. We will connect you to the most affordable mortgage products, including down payment or closing cost assistance programs.
Sit down with a HUD certified counselor to assess your situation and explore options that are available so that you may keep your home.
You will learn skills and gain knowledge to keep your home in top shape through this 8 week course.
One of our newer programs, Primary Prevention (Lead-Hazard Control & Healthy Homes) offersforgivable loans to homeowners as well as landlords, who qualify, and have lead-based paint hazards in their homes and/or rental units.
